Zeolite is set to work to filter water from pools, tanks and swimming pools instead of quartz sand, because the filtering system based on zeolite has a higher efficacy and improves water quality.
The zeolite, has a natural cation exchange capacity which means that can remove ammonia present in the water
of the pools. The zeolite has a much higher filtration capacity than usual sand, providing high quality water in the tanks.
